ND DOT finalizes 4-year plan of improvements

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — North Dakota's Transportation Department has finalized its statewide transportation improvement program for the next four years.
The improvements include state and county highways, urban streets, roadway safety features, bikeways and busing programs. They're being funded with federal highway and transit funds.
Details of the 2013-16 program are available for public viewing on the department's website, at www.dot.nd.gov.
