Most store-bought cooking sprays contain propellants and preservatives that are far from all-natural.
For less than $1, this incredibly simple fix was just what my morning omelet needed.
Olive Oil Cooking Spray
What you need
5 parts water
1 part olive oil
1 ordinary spray bottle
Pour water and oil in the bottle and shake well before each use. One spritz is all you need. Yes, that’s all there is to it.
