Highway 2 from Crookston to East Grand Forks closed

U.S. Highway 2 from Crookston to East Grand Forks has been closed because of blowing snow and white-out conditions, the Minnesota Department of Transportation said Monday.

U.S. Highway 2 from Crookston to East Grand Forks has been closed because of blowing snow and white-out conditions, the Minnesota Department of Transportation said Monday. Conditions have deteriorated to the point that snowplows in the northern Red River Valley have been removed, officials said.

The road will not open until Tuesday morning.
