A fall prevention program for seniors 65 and older starts Friday at Altru Health System in Grand Forks.
“Stepping On” is a seven-week program to teach seniors about how to avoid falling. It runs 1 to 3 p.m. Fridays, March 1 to April 19. The cost is $25, and scholarships are available.
