HOULTON, Wis. — When the new season of “The Biggest Loser” debuted Sunday, Lisa Rambo, of Houlton, Wis., was among the contestants on the popular weight loss show.

Rambo, 37, lives with her husband, Tony, and they are the parents of four active and athletic children. Rambo, who started the show at 246 pounds, said she wants to lose weight in order to be a good role model for her children.
