Misty Jo Skavlem and Jesse Joe Stockert announce their engagement.

Parents of the couple are Terri and Russel Leidholm and the late Dennis Skavlem, of Washburn, ND and Denise Bergquist and Curt Goehring, of Bismarck, ND.

Misty graduated from Washburn High School in Washburn and graduated from University of North Dakota with a Master's in Speech Language Pathology and is employed by Catholic Health Initiatives in Bismarck, ND.

Jesse graduated from Bismarck High School in Bismarck and attended University of Mary in Bismarck and is employed by Fierce Construction in Bismarck.

A Feb. 15, 2013 wedding is planned in Las Vegas.

The couple will reside in Bismarck.
