Polk, Norman, Mahnomen counties host health forum

A forum on community health care in Polk, Norman and Mahnomen counties will be held 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Jan. 18 at the University of Minnesota-Crookston, according to the counties’ public health departments.

The Healthy Community Forum will showcase community success stories; discuss ways to reduce health care costs and ways to build healthier communities; and feature James G. Koppel, Minnesota’s deputy commissioner of health.
