Kallan and Rachel (Niceswanger) Parsley are excited to announce the birth of their daughter, Charlotte Rose. Charlotte was born Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at 7:55 a.m. in Charlottesville, Virginia. She weighed 7 lbs. 14 oz. and was 21 inches long.
She is welcomed by her maternal grandparents Penny and Pat Sweeney and Kevin and Lacey Niceswanger, all of Grand Forks, paternal grandparents Tom and Sharon Parsley of Minot and great-grandmothers Rosemary Niceswanger of Carroll, Iowa and Betty Zieske of Kenmare.
