ANNIVERSARY: Newland

James Robert Newland and Myrna Carol Newland, both graduates of the University of Nebraska College of Medicine, were united in marriage on December 22nd, 1962 at Luther Memorial Church in Omaha, Nebraska.

50th Wedding Anniversary

James Robert Newland and Myrna Carol Newland, both graduates of the University of Nebraska College of Medicine, were united in marriage on December 22nd, 1962 at Luther Memorial Church in Omaha, Nebraska. Officiating was the Reverend Wallace Wolf, then chaplain at the University of Nebraska Hospital. Their parents are the late James and Edna Newland of Grand Forks, ND and the late Arthur and Ellen Anderson of Forman, ND. There are three children: Anne Newland, Boston, MA, Matthew Newland, Washington, DC and Jennifer Newland, Boston, MA. The Newlands plan to celebrate their anniversary with their family in March 2013.
