A new sandwich restaurant will open in south Grand Forks on Friday.
Erbert & Gerbert’s Sandwich Shop is at 3000 32nd Ave. S. in the renovated former Grizzly’s Bar and Grill. The building is also the location of the recently opened Noodles & Co.
A Wisconsin-based chain, Erbert & Gerbert’s has locations in seven states including stores in Bismarck and Fargo. Its menu features sandwiches, soups and cookies.
