Rail work to cause detours in Crookston, Thief River Falls

Motorists can expect detours this week for work on rail crossings in Crookston and Thief River Falls.
In Crookston, U.S. Highway 75 will be closed between U.S. Highway 2 and Fischer Avenue from 7 a.m. today to mid-afternoon Thursday. Traffic on Highway 75 will be detoured to Highway 2.
In Thief River Falls, U.S. Highway 59 will be closed Thursday between Davis and Atlantic avenues. Westbound traffic on Highway 59 will be detoured north on Davis Avenue to state Highway 1, then west to Atlantic Avenue and south back to Highway 59.
