Margaret B. Leddige, 95, of Grand Forks, ND, passed away Monday, November 5, 2012 at Northwood Deaconess Health Center of Northwood, ND.

Margaret B. “Micky” Dubuque was born on July 15, 1917 the daughter of Arthur and Doria (Saumur) Dubuque in Grand Forks, ND. On June 2, 1954, Margaret married Eugene LeRoy Leddige in St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Grand Forks, ND. Together, they made their home in Grand Forks, ND. Margaret spent her early years working for Red Owl and Harvey & Castle, CPAs (1942 – 1952). In 1952, she went to work for the Grand Forks Herald. Margaret left the Grand Forks Herald in 1960; spent one year at S&H Stamp Company and then began demoing for Bridgeman’s from 1979 to 1997. She was a long time member of Holy Family Catholic Church and Holy Family Alter Society. Margaret is remembered for her love of family and friends, her gardening skills, baking and card playing abilities. LeRoy preceded her in death on March 18, 1970.

Margaret is survived by her daughter, Mary (Jeffrey) Winters, Thompson, ND; 3 grandchildren, Jennifer (Eric) Benoit, Maple Grove, MN, Allison Winters, Grand Forks, ND and Kelly Winters, Grand Forks, ND; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy; parents; 6 brothers, Edward (Lillian); Ernest (Frances), Albert (Marguerite), Frank (Clara), Raymond (Alvina) and Ralph (Evelyn) Dubuque; 6 sisters, Clara (Jerome) Maddock, Adele (George) Hutton, Edmere (Michael Stewart) Ferry, Louise (John Daniel) McDonald, Doris (Sr. Fleurange) Dubuque and an infant sister, Mina.

Mass of Christian Burial: 1:30 pm Friday, November 9, 2012 in Holy Family Catholic Church, Grand Forks, ND.

Visitation: 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday with a 5:00 pm rosary service and a 7:00 pm vigil service in the Gregory J. Norman Funeral Chapel. Visitation will continue for one hour prior to the liturgy in the church on Friday.

Burial: Calvary Cemetery North, Grand Forks, ND.
