“An Evening with Hospice”

The public is invited to “An Evening with Hospice” on Thursday at the Empire Arts Center in Grand Forks.
Sponsored by Altru Health System’s hospice program, the event will feature Eric Bergeson, Fertile, Minn., whose talk, “So I Hear They Called in Hospice,” begins at 6:30 p.m. Hors d’oeuvres will be served at 5:30 p.m.
Bergeson, a third-generation owner of Bergeson’s Nursery in Fertile, writes a weekly newspaper column and has published four books. He’s a frequent speaker and performer in northwestern Minnesota.
The event is free.
