John graduated from Larimore High School in Larimore, ND and graduated from Northland Technical and Community College, East Grand Forks, MN and is employed by Leake Farms, Emerado, ND. The couple will reside in Emerado, ND.

A January 19, 2013 wedding is planned in Negril, Jamaica.
