Megan Mikelson and Derek Gathman together with their parents, Tom and Pam Mikelson of Thomson, ND and Kevin and Lisa Gathman of Devils Lake, ND are happy to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

Megan is a 2008 graduate of Northwood High School and a 2012 graduate of the LPN Program at Northland Community and Technical College where she is currently enrolled in the RN Program.

Derek is a 2004 graduate of Devils Lake High School and a 2008 graduate of Mayville State University earning bachelors’ degrees in math education and exercise science with a minor in coaching. He is currently teaching math and is the head boys’ basketball coach at Devils Lake High School.

A September 22nd, 2012 wedding is planned at Northwood Evangelical Lutheran Church in Northwood, ND with Pastor Jon Nelson officiating.

The couple will reside in Devils Lake, ND.
