Peanut Butter and Jelly Spirals

1 7½-inch, whole-wheat, low-carb tortilla

1½ tablespoon reduced-fat peanut butter

Spread surface evenly with peanut butter followed by fruit spread. Roll into tube. Slice into 8 equal pieces. Arrange on serving plate, spiral side up. Serve immediately.

Yield: Serves 1.
