U.S. 75 detour in Kittson County starts Monday

The detour on U.S. Highway 75 between Kennedy, Minn., and Hallock, Minn., starts Monday as crews replace a culvert, the state Department of Transportation said Thursday.
The detour in Kittson County will total 21 miles.
The project is expected to be done mid-September.
