John Kingsbury and Katie Rutledge, both of Boston, MA announce their engagement to wed. John is a Post Doctorate Fellow at Harvard School of Public Health. He is the son of Dr. Cheryl Kingsbury and Ralph Kingsbury of Grafton, ND.

Katie is a recent graduate from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN with a Master of Social Work. She is an Early Intervention Social Worker in the Eliot Community Human Services in Boston, MA. She is the daughter of Denine and Mike Rutledge, Wood Lake, MN.

Their wedding will take place at the University of St. Catherine chapel in St. Paul, MN on May 11, 2013.

John Kingsbury, Grafton Class of 2003, was recently awarded a PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) degree in Psychological and Brain Sciences from Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH. His dissertation title was “The Effects of Social and Health Consequences on the Drinking Cognitions and Behavior of Young People.” Kingsbury received his bachelor’s degree in 2007 from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN.
