Art Greenberg, Grand Forks, letter: ‘Altru Health System is the place to be’

I spent a total of 29 days in the system — five days at Altru Hospital and 24 at Altru Rehabilitation Center — and I do not have a single negative comment. I found the communication between the facilities to be consistent and the care, exceptional.

GRAND FORKS — In view of recent criticisms of Altru Health System, I decided to write about my recent experience in Altru’s care.

I spent a total of 29 days in the system — five days at Altru Hospital and 24 at Altru Rehabilitation Center — and I do not have a single negative comment.

I found the communication between the facilities to be consistent and the care, exceptional.

All physicians, nurses, therapists and caregivers were concerned with my situation, professional with my care and created a positive and fun atmosphere for me.

I really enjoyed my stay; and while I’m not in a hurry to return, if my needs are such, then Altru is the place to be.
