Spice up your next grilling attempt with a tasty sauce (available at jelly.com).

Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp

24 large raw shrimp

12 strips of thinly sliced bacon, sliced in half

1 large fresh lime

1¾ cups mango ginger habanero sauce (or other sauce)

Fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Shell, devein shrimp, leaving tails on. Wrap each one tightly with 1 strip of bacon. Thread 6 shrimp on each skewer so they lie flat on sides on grill. Grill on medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side until bacon is cooked, shrimp are pink. Spritz with half of lime while on grill. Remove shrimp to serving platter Spritz with remaining lime. Brush with sauce. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro to garnish.

Yield: Serves 4.

Approximate nutritional analysis per serving: 214 calories, 45 percent of calories from fat, 10.5 grams fat (3.3 grams saturated), 79 milligrams cholesterol, 14.7 grams protein, 14.5 grams carbohydrates, 0.5 grams fiber, 1,022 milligrams sodium.
