Try this recipe from Spice Islands on your favorite seasonal salad greens like romaine lettuce, spinach and arugula.
Beau Monde Blue Cheese Dressing
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2/3 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
¾ cup blue cheese crumbles
¼ cup buttermilk or milk
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon Beau Monde seasoning (Spice Islands)
¾ teaspoon garlic powder
¾ teaspoon onion powder
Dash of cayenne pepper
Whisk all ingredients together. Chill at least 30 minutes.
Serve on crisp lettuce wedges with chopped tomatoes and crumbled crisp bacon.
