Smoked Salmon Pizza
1 12-inch thin crust prepared pizza crust
¼ cup sour cream
Scant 3 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
5 ounces smoked salmon, very thinly sliced
1 tablespoon drained capers
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Place crust directly on oven rack. Heat until crust is warmed through, about 5 minutes. Transfer crust to cutting board. Spread sour cream over crust, leaving ½-inch border. Sprinkle half of red onion over sour cream; sprinkle half of dill over onion. Lay salmon over pizza to cover sour cream, onion, dill. Sprinkle remaining onion, dill over salmon. Scatter capers over them. Cut pizza into wedges, serve.
Yield: Serves 8.
