I’ve eaten all over the world, and what our foodies fail to realize is that you have to shift your frame of reference as you travel.
If I were in Fargo, I wouldn’t expect to get the same kind of meal as I would when I visit Commander’s Palace in New Orleans. Instead, Olive Garden might very well be just the ticket.
