Pineapple Spam
1 12-ounce can Spam, cubed
1 cup pineapple, cubed
½ cup soy sauce
Sliced ginger root to taste
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup pineapple juice
In a saucepan, combine the cubed Spam, pineapple, soy sauce, ginger, brown sugar and pineapple juice. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to simmer and heat through.

Yield: Serves 4.
