Former UND men's basketball coach Glas named Concordia athletic director

Rich Glas, who holds UND's career record for most basketball wins, is currently is the men’s basketball coach at Concordia. He will continue to coach the Cobbers.

Former UND men’s basketball coach Rich Glas will become the athletic director at Concordia College.

Glas currently is the men’s basketball coach at Concordia. He will continue to coach the Cobbers.

Glas holds UND’s career record for the most basketball wins. Glas left UND in 2006.

Before going into coaching, Glas was a standout athlete at Bemidji High School and Bemidji State University.

Concordia’s current athletic director, Larry Papenfuss, is leaving his position to become the lead fundraiser for the college.
