Altru sponsors wellness program for UND students

UND’s Health and Wellness Unit has partnered with Altru Health System to bring a seven-week wellness program to campus.

“Altru’s Pursuit of Wellness” is a game designed to help UND students learn the correlation between wellness and academic success.

The game will send students on a journey through the dimensions of wellness: physical, emotional, occupational, spiritual, intellectual, environmental and social. Students who enter could win door prizes.

Students who are up for a bigger challenge can play Altru’s Ultimate Pursuit of Wellness and pursue all seven dimensions.

Pursuit of Wellness activities will start Tuesday and end with Altru’s Wellness Expo on March 7 and 8 at the UND Wellness Center. The expo will feature speakers, entertainment and exhibitors.
