Try this recipe from Starkist and healthy food guru, Hungry Girl!

Too-Good Tuna ‘n’ Apple Slaw

2 cups dry broccoli coleslaw

1/3 cup chopped apple (about ½ apple)

1 2.6-ounce pouch albacore white tuna in water

2 tablespoons low-fat sesame ginger dressing

In a medium bowl, mix coleslaw, apple and tuna. Top with dressing and toss to coat.

Yield: Serves 1.

Approximate nutritional analysis per serving: 195 calories, 3.5 grams fat, 750 milligrams sodium, 21grams carbohydrates, 7 grams fiber, 12 grams sugars, 22 grams protein
