BISMARCK — A mental health evaluation is scheduled Nov. 22 for a Nebraska murder suspect jailed in North Dakota.

John Baker, 53, has been held in the McLean County jail since his arrest Oct. 24. He is accused of killing his girlfriend, Kelly Alspach, 47, in South Sioux City, Neb. He was arrested at a relative’s house in Garrison.

A memorial for Alspach was held Nov. 7.
