BISMARCK — Next year's annual pass for North Dakota state parks will recognize Beaver Lake State Park's 80th anniversary.

The park southeast of Napoleon is North Dakota's second-oldest, behind only Fort Abraham Lincoln State Park south of Mandan.

The annual vehicle permits allow daily entrance to any state park and are good through April 2013. They cost $25. Senior citizens can get them for $20, and some military veterans also qualify for a discount.
