Workers are repairing pipelines on North Dakota Highway 15, five miles east of Northwood, according to the state Department of Transportation.
The project is expected to be done by the start of next month.
Throughout the work area, speed limits will drop to 25 mph and a width restriction of 10 feet will be imposed, the department said. It encouraged drivers to take detours.
Eastbound drivers may take North Dakota Highway 18 north toward Larimore, turning east on U.S. Highway 2, then south on Interstate 29. Take exit 130 to connect with Highway 15 again.
Westbound drivers may take North Dakota Highway 18 south toward Hatton, then west on North Dakota Highway 200, then north on North Dakota Highway 32, which intersects Highway 15.
MnDOT: Construction on U.S. 75 near Crookston
Workers are repairing the shoulder on U.S. Highway 75 between Crookston and Warren, Minn., starting Monday, according to the state Department of Transportation.
The project is expected to be done Oct. 29, weather permitting.
