Don’t wait for Thanksgiving to try this dish.

Honey Pepper Turkey

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

½ teaspoon cracked black pepper

4 teaspoons canola oil

¾ pound Turkey breast cutlets (¼ to ½-inch thick)

Mix Worcestershire sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, cracked pepper together. Set aside. Heat oil in medium-size nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey; brown 1 minute. Turn and brown second side 1 minute. Reduce heat to low and spoon sauce over turkey and cook 1 minute.

Yield: Serves 4.

Approximate nutritional analysis per serving: 350 calories, 90 calories from fat, 10 grams fat (1 gram saturated), 110 milligrams cholesterol, 530 milligrams sodium, 22 grams carbohydrates, 1 gram dietary fiber, 20 grams sugars, 41 grams protein.
