The Third Street Clinic in Grand Forks said Wednesday that it’s received a $5,000 matching grant from the Dakota Medical Foundation.
The money would help the nonprofit group provide medical services to the poor and uninsured in Grand Forks and Polk counties. The clinic sees about 1,500 patients and provides more than $150,000 in services every year.
The Fargo-based foundation works on improving access to healthcare in the region with an emphasis on children.
