Darby Moore and Jay Welsh, together with their parents, Mr. Kerry Moore and Ms. Darla Moore, of Cando, ND and Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd and Shirley Welsh of Grand Forks, ND, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

Darby is a graduate of the University of North Dakota, with a degree in management and is employed with Dakota Dental in Grand Forks.

Jay is a graduate of the University of North Dakota, with a degree in accounting, and is employed with Brady Martz & Associates in Grand Forks.

Their wedding will be in Grand Forks, ND on August 13, 2011. Dance to be held at the Clarion Inn in Grand Forks, ND.
