Ashley Anne Young and Andrew Leo Jacobson were married Friday, June 3rd in the First Evangelical Free Church of Maplewood, MN. The Rev. Todd Olson officiated at the afternoon ceremony. The reception was held lakeside at the Dakota Lodge in West St. Paul, MN.
Parents of the couple are Dana and Kim Young, Grand Forks, and Kevin and Carol Jacobson, Maplewood.
The bride wore a Shantung taffeta gown, a tulle blusher, and jewelry from her and the groom’s grandmothers. The gown featured a sweep train and a ruche-pleated bodice with a strapless neckline.
Courtney Young, sister of the bride, was maid of honor, and Brian Jacobson, the groom’s brother, was best man. Other attendants were Amber Altstadt, Brooke Jameson, Grant Bostrom, and Brent Fischer. Ushers included the bride’s brothers, Seth Young and Bryce Young, as well as John Wahlberg and Josiah Wilson.
Following their wedding trip to Duluth, MN, the couple has made their home in Roseville, MN.
