— Report card: Bar-restaurant combo that made a hit in downtown Grand Forks now has opened a second spot in the Capitol City with another splash. Eclectic menu ranges from cheesy pickles to beer and pizza and on to fine dinners of lobster tail with wine. Food is better than average. Prices are mid-to high-range. Service is good to excellent.
