Interstate 29 between Manvel and Grafton in northeast North Dakota has reopened to traffic after being shut down by floodwaters.
The state Transportation Department says both the northbound and southbound lanes are open, though floodwaters remain on the shoulder in various spots and could go over the roadway as the water levels continue to fluctuate.
The southbound lanes of I-29 two miles south of Minto are reduced to a single lane for about a mile, and speeds are reduced.
