Below is a Herald video of the flooded Red River recorded in downtown Grand Forks on Thursday afternoon.
The Red River was measured at 49.67 feet at 1:30 p.m. in downtown East Grand Forks.
The Red River was believed to have crested at about the same time the video was taken early Thursday afternoon. Measurements taken later in the day Thursday showed the Red River's water levels beginning to fall in downtown East Grand Forks.
