In this video, the swollen Red River in Winnipeg runs quickly, prompting commentary from a city resident videotaping the sight. While virtually all of Winnipeg will be safe from flooding because of the floodway, the videographer says, the sight impresses. "The water is running very high and fast," his video post comments read. "This is going to be a bad year for flooding."
