Sandy Bullinger and David Kovar were married on February 19th, 2011 in Grand Forks, ND. They celebrated their special day in a small family ceremony at Sharon Lutheran Church. Parents of the couple are John and the late Mary Nyberg of Grand Forks. Cecelia and the late George Kovar of East Grand Forks. Dave and Sandy enjoyed their honeymoon in Riviera Maya, Mexico. Dave is a Terminal Superintendant for Hammer Inc. Sandy is a Clinical Specialist for Medtronic Inc. The couple resides in Fargo, ND.
