This version of a fast-food favorite will appeal to those who are concerned about unwanted calories.
Spicy Grilled Chicken Sandwich
4 5-ounce boneless skinless chicken breasts
½ cup thick hot sauce, plus additional as desired
4 kaiser or hamburger rolls
4 lettuce leaves
Brush the chicken with the sauce, and allow it to marinate for 30 minutes or up to 3 hours. Grill or broil until no longer pink in center (about 10 minutes, turning once). Serve on lettuce-lined rolls with additional sauce if desired.
Yield: Serves 4.
