Interstate 29 remains closed from Sioux Falls, S.D., to the North Dakota border because blizzard conditions continue to make travel dangerous, according to transportation officials.
A no-travel advisory has been lifted for all U.S. and state highways in extreme southern North Dakota by the North Dakota Department of Transportation.
