Here’s a good-looking recipe that pretzel dippers will be sure to like.

Honey Mustard Dressing

3 cups mayonnaise

½ cup sugar

½ cup honey

¼ cup prepared mustard

¼ cup white vinegar

¼ onion, minced

¼ bunch parsley, chopped

1 cup vegetable oil

Combine the mayonnaise, sugar, honey, mustard, vinegar, onion and parsley. Blend in oil. Chill about 1 hour before serving.

Yield: About 6 cups.

Approximate nutritional analysis per tablespoon: 80 calories, 68 percent of calories from fat, 7.7 grams fat (1.1 grams saturated, 1.9 grams monounsaturated) 3 milligrams cholesterol, no protein, 2.7 grams carbohydrates, no fiber, 46 milligrams sodium.
