Foxes win in Hawley

The Grand Forks Foxes fifth grade girls basketball team won the sixth grade AA divison of the Hawley Hot Shot tournament in Hawley, Minn.

The Grand Forks Foxes fifth grade girls basketball team won the sixth grade AA divison of the Hawley Hot Shot tournament in Hawley, Minn.

The Foxes beat the Fargo Comets 21-16, the West Fargo Swishers 30-19 and the Grand Forks Comets 52-20.

Team members are Maddie Johnson, Maggie Jensen, Danica Kemnitz, Kylie Dvorak, Kendra Bohm, Sarah Lancaster, Ashlyn Hanson and Lexi Robson.
