Report card: An outstanding place where food is prepared on the premises for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Prices are reasonable. There is a friendly, small-town ambience. Paula's is unique with its 25-cent coffee during a 3 to 4 p.m. happy hour, its large repertoire of homemade pie and its full dinners including a relish tray.
