George Strait, Reba McEntire to visit Fargodome in October

The Fargodome announced Oct. 22 return by country superstars George Strait and Reba McEntire. Strait's 1997 show at the Dome drew a record 27,000 fans. When he returned in 2006 he drew more than 15,000.

The Fargodome announced Oct. 22 return by country superstars George Strait and Reba McEntire.

Strait's 1997 show at the Dome drew a record 27,000 fans. When he returned in 2006 he drew more than 15,000.

McEntire is no stranger to the Dome, having performed there six times. She drew more than 5,500 in 1998.

Singer Lee Ann Womack opens the show.

Tickets go on Sale at 10 a.m. Sept. 11 at Ticketmaster outlets for $69.50 and $89.50.
