Give your s’mores some extra gooeyness by using Caramello bars.

Caramello S’mores

8 skewers or sticks (for toasting the marshmallows)

16 large marshmallows

8 graham crackers, broken in half

2 Caramello (milk chocolate with caramel filling) bars, 4 ounces each

Toast 2 marshmallows over heated coals or preheated grill until they are crispy and golden brown on outside and gooey and soft on inside. Slide marshmallow on a graham cracker. Place 4 small Caramello bar squares on top of marshmallow. Top with another cracker. Press it down slightly to sandwich together. Heat of marshmallow will melt chocolate a bit. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Yield: Serves 8.

Approximate nutritional analysis per serving: 116 calories, 3 grams fat (2 grams saturated), 22 grams carbohydrates, 1 gram protein, 57 milligrams sodium, 1 milligrams cholesterol, no fiber.
