ONLINE EXTRA: Broccoli Pasta Salad

Broccoli Pasta Salad

½ box of tri-colored rotini whole wheat pasta

Head of broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces

Bottle of fat-free Italian dressing

½ can of black olives, halved or a small can of chopped black olives (or more per your taste for black olives)

1 can cut-up artichoke hearts (either small hearts or halved hearts)

½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

Cherry or grape tomatoes, halved (optional)

Cook pasta. Add other ingredients, stir and marinate for a few hours to overnight. Stir couple of times during the course of marinating.
