Altru monitoring relocated home service patients
Altru Home Services has a number for relocated patients to call plus a Web site and phone number for Altru related announcements.By: Herald Staff Report, Grand Forks Herald
Altru Home Services patients relocating because of flooding are asked to call (701) 780-5888 with their updated contact information. Scheduling changes will be discussed on an individual basis.
Patients evacuating their home are advised to take along medication lists and boxes, pill bottles, catheter supplies, wound supplies, portable oxygen systems, mobility equipment, feeding pumps, C-PAP, IV pumps and nebulizers.
