Jessica is the daughter of Peggy and Randy Dahlen, Grafton, ND, and the late David Barney, Michigan, ND. BJ is the son of Carol and Art Rohr, Crary, ND.
An April 24, 2010 wedding is planned at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Devils Lake, ND. The couple will reside on their farm in rural Crary, ND.
