An H1N1 and seasonal flu shot clinic is set for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday in the Grand Forks Senior Center, 620 Fourth Ave. S.
H1N1 vaccines are free and available to anyone 6 months and older by mist or injection.
Seasonal flu vaccine will cost $25. Bring your Medicare card and a receipt and an envelope will be filled out for you to mail in for reimbursement.
Polk County Public Health will hold H1N1 clinics from 1 to 4 p.m. Thursday at Polk County Public Health offices in:
- East Grand Forks, 1424 Central Ave. N.E.
- Crookston, 721 S. Minnesota St.
- McIntosh, Minn., 275 Cleveland Ave.
H1N1 flu shots will be offered from 2 to 4 p.m. Feb. 4 in Crookston and East Grand Forks, then from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. the third Wednesday of the month in Crookston, the fourth Tuesday of the month in East Grand Forks, and 2 to 4 p.m. each Tuesday in McIntosh.
